All grapes are hand picked and selected for quality ensurance.
The grapes are then gently processed and fermented temperature controlled in stainless steel.
Extented lee contact for the white wines ensures a complex flavor profile.
The white wines then are bottled between February and July - depending on the harvest condition and varietals.
The red wines are aged in French oak for one year and then aged in the bottle for another two years.
